My first "commission", Dr. Baligas surgery were looking for a site where they could add news, directions, staff information and contact details (as an attempt to prevent out-of-hours phone calls).
A professional, approachable but "medical" style was their visual brief, and I presented various colour alternatives before they settled on a light green.
