Shildon Civic Hall is the central entertainment venue for the town, running various events each month. A website was necessary to advertise such events; previously events could only be advertised through posters.
A bonus was the ability to showcase their renovated facilities, including bar, function room and restaurant. Funded by Shildon Town Council, the Civic Hall is a valuable venue to residents and the website brings it even closer to home.
